CONS : - You have to figure out new mechanics without anyone telling you. Portal: Reloaded, the community-made Portal 2 mod released in mid-April, features 25 brand new chambers for Portal fans. You have to 'remember' where exactly you put down the cube in the past.
Not easy, good challenge - When you think you broke the game.you might actually simply have found the expected solution. This is precisely the same solution I came up with, once I saw the door opening and closing and figured out I needed to destroy the cube to open it after crossing. No repeating the same mechanic 5 times just cause. Mind frying at times - Doesn't overdue it.

85/100 Started : March 20th 2022 Finished : March 20th 2022 Playtime : 4h50 Death : 8 Crash : 3 (game doesn't like tabbing out) Recommended : Yes Controller support : didn't try Replayable : Maybe in a few years once I forget the puzzles' solutions Price : free but needs Portal 2 that often goes in sale for 2.20$ Worth to me: 5$ PROS : - Very original, new kind of puzzle mechanic I've rarely seen and well implemented. 4h 30m PlayedOverall: 8/10 Recommended: yes (free and good) Time to complete game: 4.5 hrs (Medium play speed) Controller support: only partially (for some reason) - I remapped the missing Portal 2 standard KB&M controls to gamepad in Steam and added in the 2 new buttons Gameplay: 8/10 (main focus) + very interesting mechanics that were tricky to use and satisfying to solve ~ the new mechanics made some levels feel like they were dragging out by setting and re-setting Portal or boxes in place Story: 7/10 ~ somewhat ties Portal 1 & 2 together, but mostly at the last couple chambers (and not sure what the heck happened at the very end) ~ mostly gameplay instead of creating environment or much voice acting Characters: 7/10 ~ decent voice acting, though I felt it needed.something else (not sure if I wanted it more robotic, snarky, clever, just a little something) ~ would've been fun to have more casual discussion at some point in the game ~ no "back rooms" areas to this mod, which would've made it feel more like genuine Portal Audio: 7.5/10 + had a few nice tunes in there Graphics: 7.3/10 ~ same as standard Portal, nice and clean aesthetic UI: 7/10 - seems like you can only Load the most recent save Score comparison: HLtB: 8.1/10 (82 votes) Steam: 96% positive (15,671)Ĥh 50m PlayedPortal Reloaded What is this : Mod for Portal 2 : 25 puzzles exploiting a new 3rd portal traveling between 2 timeline 20 years apart.
